Tim has over 35 year experience in the industry, specifically with the Miele brand, and his knowledge of appliances is enviable. He first opened Vale Service in 2011 and has built a solid reputation with his customers for being professional, efficient and amiable.
Tim is Miele trained with up-to-date certification and holds further qualifications in engineering.
Keri Ford
Keri joined the business in 2018 and handles all aspects of the business admin. She has nearly 20 years experience in the industry and brings with her an excellent understanding and knowledge of appliances and the repair/sales processes.
Keri has previously completed retail training courses with Bosch, Hotpoint and Hoover-Candy.
